Additional revisions, changes in scope, or new deliverables requested after project commencement may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.

  • Revenue increases

  • Advertising performance

  • Rankings or chart placements

  • Specific business outcomes

Results may vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Spotify

  • Apple Podcasts

  • YouTube

  • Meta platforms

  • Google Ads

  • Hosting providers

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those platforms.

9. Confidentiality

We respect confidential information shared during projects and will take reasonable measures to protect it.

Likewise, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, pricing structures, or internal business information belonging to The Pod Collective.
